Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has announced the appointment of Chef V Muthamizhan as its new Executive Chef
A passionate culinarian with a grounded approach to food, Chef Muthamizhan is known for his focus on balanced flavours, clean execution, and leading teams that take pride in their craft.
Chef Muthamizhan holds a diploma in hotel management from the American Hotel and Lodging Association, further underpinning his strong foundation in hospitality management and international culinary practices. He brings over 20 years of experience and has worked with some of India’s most respected hospitality brands, including The Leela, The Oberoi, Vivanta by Taj, Royal Orchid, and Courtyard by Marriott.

Chef Muthamizhan’s expertise spans Mediterranean, Continental, and Indian cuisines. Known for his ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex kitchen operations, he has contributed to the success of culinary programs across both luxury and business-class hotels.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road.
