Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.
Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel’s policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
Transfer details: Roundtrip seaplane transfers are $555 per adult (ages 12 and older) and $350 per child (ages 2–11), payable directly to the hotel. Infants under the age of 2 are free of charge. To book transfers through the hotel, please provide your full name as shown on your passport, international arrival and departure flight numbers, and dates at least 14 days before arrival.
Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional guests can stay upon prior request; contact the hotel directly for more details. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child for the Beachfront Villa, and 2 adults and 2 children for the InOcean Pool Villa (sharing existing bedding and using the sofa).
Additional hotel-specific charges: A $12 green tax per person, per night is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel (infants 0–2 years old are exempt). The following surcharges apply from Nov. 1–Dec. 23, 2025 (payable directly to the hotel): $50 per night in a InOcean Pool Villa. The following surcharges apply from Jan. 10–March 31, 2026 (payable directly to the hotel): $120 per night in a Beachfront Villa; and $200 per night in an InOcean Pool Villa.
