Known for crafting mindful and seasonally inspired cuisine that promotes holistic health and well-being, Chef Juyal joins the voco Jim Corbett as a Head Chef. He has previously held leadership roles at Dharana Shillim Wellness Retreat, Vana Retreat, Modi Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh and The Roseate Ganges.
He is known for his creativity, commitment to wellness and confident in curating dining experiences with the blend of local ingredients and global influence.
Outside the kitchen, Chef Sandeep is an avid driving enthusiast who finds joy in the open road—whether behind the wheel of a car or on two wheels.
