It would be nice if there was a travel zoo offer for a three bedroom or accommodations for a family of five. We were only able to come here with two out of our three children because only a two BR was offered.

The price was the draw. The kitchen not well equipped. And we usually use a kitchen for breakfast and happy hour snacks. No cooktop utensils or cooking equipment. Just a microwave and frig. There is great little bakery cafe on the property. All worked out ok with many nearby eateries. Aruba has great restaurants

The Radisson Blu Aruba. Was a gorgeous resort with beautiful rooms. So clean and spacious. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The pools were beautiful as well. Will definitely be back!

Had to switch rooms immediately upon arriving. The second room that was given had no hot water, and the second bathroom smelled like urine. The hotel manage to have the hot water situation checked out, but did not fix. Hotel did not want to compensate for the bad experience. Also the jacuzzi was cold and not hot.

15% surcharge on food & beverages was a bit excessive. I’d rather give tips when appropriate.
Offering a ‘breakfast package’ as on option would be good. We enjoyed the champagne bottle in fridge. And the transport to & fro airport was a nice perk.

The Travel Zoo package was great. It included our stay, transportation to and from airport and reserved chairs on the beach. We were within easy walking distance to the beach and located near great restaurants and shopping.

The location of the hotel is great. But the room itself was poorly outfitted. We had 4 glasses (there were 4 of us), 4 little coffee cups, and 4 wine glasses but no dishes, silverware, or pans of any kind. A wine glass broke on the first evening and was never replaced meaning we were one short for the rest of our stay. The living room is sparse with little to no decoration and very echoey. The bed was firm but tolerable. The pools were very nice. We ate at the infinity pool restaurant the first night but were unimpressed and chose to eat elsewhere after that. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve given the resort direct feedback. The resort is itself was very nice, our suite was perfect. We really appreciated how kind the staff was and daily housekeeping. The staff at the restaurant and pool bar intermittently requested cash tips, which I was not completely prepared for (brought cash, but didn’t have it on me at the time). We love to tip in cash, but the way it was presented felt a bit “icky”. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We have had a wonderful time! The location is great, the staff are sooooooo wonderful, welcoming, and helpful. They’re probably the best part! Jofre checked us in and was so helpful throughout the entire stay. There wasn’t a time I noticed a staff member exhibiting frustration and they seemed to really enjoy what they do. The resort is beautiful and they do a great job of creating activities for the family. It’s incredibly clean. They mop the outdoor concrete every day. Our room was nice, but smelled weird. The rooms are modern and very clean. The pools are lovely and had plenty of seating. There’s a great coffee/breakfast shop attached to the hotel for easy access. The concierge desk was super helpful in explaining the different activities. The beach cart is slow to run, but it isn’t a far walk to get to and from the beach, maybe 1 block. All in all, this is a great resort and I would easily stay here again!

booking was easy and so was check in. the pool is very big! the property isn’t huge which I really liked. They had free options for yoga, gelato one day, and other things! The beach that is near by was disappointing and very crowded. Another disappointment was that in the pictures there was a kitchenette with a stove that we were counting on having. However, when we arrived the stoves were gone. The room was very large and spacious. Plenty of TVs, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of closet space and places to put your clothes which I appreciated. It would have been nice to have a drying rack to dry bathing suits on. The happy hour wasn’t that great and I wish things like pina coladas and strawberry daquiris were on it.

The staff was wonderful and made every effort for us to enjoy ourselves, especially Valentina who works as a concierge who went above and beyond and had a wonderful attitude. But to get to the beach one had to walk 2 blocks on a road with a skinny sidewalk which meant most people had to walk on the street and cars roared back and forth; the second bedroom had no windows and the guest staying there felt like she was in a coffin and when we checked in we were told we would have chairs and an umbrella, but unless you got to the beah before 8 am, there were no chairs and umbrellas available. The beach was very overcrowded. When checking out, even tough I am a Travelzoo member, they still charged me 16% service charge.

We had a wonderful week at the Radisson Blu Aruba. The grounds of the resort are clean and beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance to the entire Palm Beach area. Would definitely stay again.

My only complaint is limited beach umbrellas that are put in the stand on an angle so if you are not in the first row all you can see is the top of the umbrella. No view of the water, beach, or ability to people watch. The other hotels stand the umbrellas straight up so you can see under from the beach chair. Radisson is the only hotel that lays them down. I wish I could add a picture to this to prove it’s not a petty problem

This was our second visit to this property, and we purchased this travel voucher both times. What a fantastic deal! This is a spacious hotel with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a nice living room/dining area with a kitchenette. Perfect for families or frineds. We absolutely love the hotel’s location —there are so many great restaurants within a short walk. The hotel has a great concierge staff that can help you book a lot of fun things to do while you are there. Beautiful pool areas . The property is kept very clean, too. On this trip, we rented a car for two days to explore and it was very reasonable. The hotel has excellent parking right at the building so it made for easy access in and out with the rental car. We will return!

We had an amazing stay in the ocean-view 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. I can’t say enough about the room, it’s perfect and we used the balcony constantly. I don’t know if it was a quiet week but we never had trouble getting chairs at the pool. That said, if you mostly want to sit by the pool and have drinks brought to you, this isn’t that kind of vibe. The bar was more of a food ordering stand and not open late. I will say I didn’t spend much time at the adult only pool cuz it was too sunny for a fair skinned girl in the afternoon. We reserved chairs at the beach one day but our view was just other people’s umbrellas. It was still a gorgeous beach but we mostly drove around to other beaches with snorkeling like Baby Beach and Boca Catalina. The location of the hotel was great, be sure tocheck out the all-night happy hour and pizza at Che. I’d definitely recommend this place! And travelzoo perks were great.

The Raddison Blu Aruba was okay. The location and it’s proximity to other hotel & stores along the main Aruba hotel district is great . The ocean view from my hotel balcony was okay as well. The water at the hotel takes a couple of minutes to get hot so don’t just jump right in. The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean.The pool is beautiful. My room was nice & clean. No bugs but the door lock to the balcony was broken and off track. The furniture on the balcony was not very comfortable. Also the kitchen utensils were lacking as well. Not a lot of real plates or silverware but they do provide two cups. They have wood utensils, couple of paper plates and two glasses for you to use. The room delivery & the food is a little pricey too. 35 dollars for a small bowl of chicken cooked in honey mustard sauce w/ veggies plus guac is kind of outrageous, but it was delicious. Every staff member that I came into contact with was nice, respectful and very helpful. All in all it’s a nice hotel but for what they charge you to stay does not equal the value that you get for your stay.

The last issue is the parent hotel (CHOICE) sent me a seperate bill, reservation number and down graded my room for some unknown reason. There was confusion and the staff at that office was rude & not very helpful.

great hotel and great value. lounge closes at 9 so plan to go elsewhere for night life. Staff was incredible. Rooms were very clean and both pools were great. Beach wasn’t far at all…. a little tight and busy compared to other beaches. So many dining options within walking distance or a fast taxi ride. This was a remarkable trip – especially for the cost.
We are already trying to book for next year!

The front desk staff was amazing. Everyone was very cheerful and happy to help. The concierge was amazing! She got us some great deals on a Sunset Cruise and other excursions. The view from the infinity pool was amazing! All the pools there were beautiful and the food was very good. I would highly recommend going to the Radisson Blu as it is very walkable to many many restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Staff was amazing. Santos, Dana, Alexander plus pool bar and restaurant folks were professional, attentive & extremely nice. Penthouse’s have kitchens which we would probably spend more for to have that convenience. Location to restaurants, beach bars, beach & shopping was excellent! We had a great time!

The room that we purchased was narrow and didn’t have a small usable kitchen, so we upgraded to a bigger room and incurred a larger cost at checkout. Plus the resort fee was too much, so I will not use a Travelzoo trip to Aruba again.

This was our third time in Aruba and our second time staying at the Radisson! The 2 bedroom suites are very spacious and perfect for 2 couples or a family. The adults only pool was one of our favorite amenities. They also had strong happy hour drinks and free Gelatissimo gelato by the pool one day which was a fun surprise. Even though you’re not on the beach it does not take away from the experience. Takes about a minute to get to the beach by shuttle or 5-7 minutes walking. We got free daily beach umbrellas/chairs with our voucher that could be reserved ahead of time and round trip airport transfer which worked out really well! Would highly recommend!

Great stay. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen is not so useable- no silverware (Leeds building related, but surprising, so though you have a fridge you donr have a useable knive to cut a tomatoes for example) The pools are great, the walk to the beach is 3 minutes and totally doable even without the lovely shuttle provided. You can tell the staff here cares- they are doing their best to make a wonderful stay for the guests. Very centrally located to cafes (one on site which is lovely but very very slow so plan accordingly. I would definitely come back.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my bachelorette party. Everything was perfect. Any hiccups that occurred they were able to fix immediately for us. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!
