We arrived room was lovely but then I looked at the couch two stains on it. Reported it to front desk as did not want us to be responsible. We did not have body wash and after they cleaned our room they did not leave fresh glasses or half and half. The TV kept buffering on a number of channels in fairness the guy did come up said it was fixed but it continued to buffer not sure if this would happen if we were not travelzoo guests.

Excellent location, contemporary rooms which are wll thought out in design. Bathroom is really nice and the bar is also moderan with a good menu.

WE have been various times to the Bayfront Inn in Naples with Travelzoo. This hotel is right across from it. The hotel opened in November or December. Everything is spotless and really beautiful. The staff all of them from the front desk to the staff in the restaurant to the stadff that cleans the rooms were absolutely the nicest!!!!!! The price was great. The pool was being fixed so they offered the option to go to Bellasera resort with theor shuttle. We didnt use it but that was nice of them. They also wavered the $20 daily parking becuase of the inconvenienec. We would love to go back. WE saw that it was being offered again but for now only in September and we wont be here so I’m hoping they extend the calendar and defintley we will go back.

Beautiful hotel with state-of-the-art amenities. Spent most of my time relaxing by the pool – which offered generous seating options. Location could get a bit noisy due to daytime traffic, but also afforded many shops and eateries within walking distance. Limon Rooftop Restaurant was a nice bonus. Had a wonderful meal there. Great ambiance.

Only reason I did not give the room 5 stars is because I found the bathroom a little tight. And power lines were prominently within our balcony view.

We wanted a quick weekend getaway and saw this deal on Travelzoo! We arrived on Friday afternoon, we were welcomed by the front desk. Checking in was easy. Our room was lovely, everything was super new and clean. Everyone we dealt with were really friendly and professional. We checked out on Sunday morning. One thing that we didn’t really care for was having to pay $20 a night for parking on premises.

A beautiful new hotel with big rooms, nice roof top pool and cocktail lounge. Only downside was a loud AC that was like sleeping next to an airplane engine.
