Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can’t find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. If you cancel or change your reservation in violation of the merchant’s cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Mondays–Thursdays during spa’s operating hours.
Appointments required; subject to availability. Reservations must be made online. Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled session to allow for adequate check-in time. Each guest must complete an intake form prior to their service to adhere to state requirements. Out of respect to our other guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened experience, and charged for the entirety of the service held. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic gratuity of 20% based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Limit one (1) purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Not valid on Fridays-Sundays; holidays and holiday weekends. Minimum age requirements may apply. Valid for one (1) person. Must use in one (1) visit. Not valid on products. Must be of legal age to consume alcohol. Cannot combine with other offers.
